Job description:

1. Responsible for raw material Market Research and analysis, supplier development and management, purchase contract signing, purchase price control;

2. According to the marketing plan and production plan, prepare material demand balance and purchasing plan, purchasing cost control, bidding management, payment plan review, warehouse planning, warehouse management and system construction, qualified sub supplier resource database management and internal management;

3. Select cooperative suppliers and negotiate the best purchase terms;

4. Assist purchasing staff to negotiate price, payment method and delivery date with suppliers;

5. Tracking the purchasing progress;

Requirements:

1. Purchasing experience or material inspection supervisor experience is preferred;

2. Familiar with relevant quality system standards, proficient in purchasing business, good communication skills, negotiation ability and cost awareness;

3. CET-4 or above;

4. Good negotiation skills and sensitivity to market changes;

5. Integrity, good professional ethics;

6. Can bear hardships and stand hard work, has the good team cooperation spirit;
